We took a traditional hearty, Mexican soup and gave it a nutritious, plant-based twist. Our Pozole Blanco features an array of flavourful vegetables and spice -- like butternut squash, tomatillos, poblanos, and jalapenos -- perfectly roasted to a deep flavorful char. The featured grain, hominy, is corn that has been transformed through soaking to make nutrients like Vitamin B more bioavailable (and more delicious!). A blend of carrots, celery, black beans, and cilantro create a deeply layered soup with just a hint of heat, a perfect warm-up. Bonus: An order contains 2 servings.
I added salt (and MSG, gasp!) with some nutritional yeast and a couple fried onion toppings. it was divine and i wish id ordered more, although i'm not sure if I can convince myself to spend $12 on more than one at a time
