How To Prepare

Keep frozen until ready to heat. Partially vent film. Microwave on high for 3 - 5 mins. to an internal temp of 165°F. Check halfway through cooking time and stir. Microwave times vary depending on wattage. Adjust times accordingly.

Keep frozen until ready to heat. Preheat oven to 350°F. Partially vent tray and place on baking sheet on center rack of oven. Tray is oven safe, do not exceed 400°F. Heat 20- 30 mins. to an internal temperature of 165°F. Oven times can vary, adjust time accordingly.

Cook from frozen. Place bowl contents in nonstick pan. Add a tablespoon or two of water to prevent sticking. Cover. Place over low heat. Heat until desired temperature (or at least 165°F). Stir occasionally.
