How To Prepare

Stovetop

Do NOT microwave pouch.

Stovetop: Bring to simmer 1.5 cups water (or mylk). Stir in 1 cup oats and reduce heat to low. Stirring frequently, cook over low heat until mixture is thickened and liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Add more mylk to thin if desired.

Cold Overnight Oats

Do NOT microwave pouch.

Overnight: Add 1 cup of oat mix into a lidded container. Add your favorite mylk to desired consistency, about 8- 12oz. Stir or shake well. Seal and place in refrigerator overnight (or at least 4 hours). Stir, and add more mylk if desired. Add toppings or mix-ins if desired.

Quick Smoothie Hack

Do NOT microwave pouch.

Smoothie: add desired amount of mix to blender (about 1/3 cup) + any add-ins. Add mylk 8- 12oz of milk and blend to desired consistency.
