A delicious creamy blend of coconut milk, red curry, peanut butter and spices, our Thai curry has a touch of sweetness and a touch of heat.  We add to it a medley of fresh cut vegetables including broccoli, string beans, mushrooms, onions, and red peppers.  We then toss in lightly roasted tofu to give this meal a serious boost of delicious, clean plant-based protein.  And, because the meal is part of the FireRoad X line, this curry is just protein and crisp greens (no grains), making this meal super protein dense (23g./serv.) and carb-wise (12g./serv., (or 10 net carbs!).  

Each hearty container serves 2: together, they deliver 46g protein and 20g net carbs per container.
