Fiber:	Unlike typical white pasta, our chickpea pasta is packed with veggies and brings both taste and fiber to the table. With over 14 grams of fiber per serving, our bolognese is a satiating dish to support your blood sugar, energy levels, and digestion.
Full-spectrum Protein:	With high quality plant-proteins, like chickpea pasta and walnuts, one our bolognese serves up 25 grams of protein. Chickpeas, found in chickpea pasta, are also a rich source of lysine, an amino acid that can be difficult to get enough of on a plant-based diet.
Iron:	Iron is an essential mineral for the formation of red blood cells that transport oxygen to every single cell in your body. One serving of our bolognese provides 53% of the daily value of iron, or nearly twice the amount of iron in one serving of chicken or beef.
Vitamin C:	When it comes to plant-based foods, all iron is found in its non-heme form which needs help from Vitamin C to be absorbed into the body. Thanks to vitamin C-rich foods like tomato paste and carrots, iron in our bolognese is more bioavailable.
Potassium:	This mineral helps offset the impact of salt to keep your blood pressure in balance. Since our bolognese is packed with plant-based proteins and veggies, rest easy knowing each serving provides 21% of the daily value for potassium.

Microwave (Recommended): Keep frozen until ready to heat. Remove sauce, if any, and defrost according to method below. Partially vent film. Microwave on high for 90 seconds - 2 mins. to an internal temp. of 165°F. Add a splash of water if pasta seems dry. Check halfway through cooking time and stir. Microwave times vary depending on wattage. Adjust times accordingly.

Stovetop: Defrost sauce packet in warm water. While sauce is defrosting, simmer 2 tablespoon water in medium skillet. Add contents of trays, gently separate pasta as it warms. Stir frequently to heat evenly; add water a tablespoon at a time if pasta sticks. Pasta should be hot in 3-4+ minutes. Turn off heat. Fold in warmed sauce. Serve.

Oven: Oven not recommended for pasta.

Sauce Preparation: Do not microwave. Defrost pouch in hot water then pour warmed sauce over meal. Serve.

As someone who has a busy schedule, loves to workout, and also eats plant-based, FireRoad is the perfect answer. I LOVE the variety of meals, smoothies, pizza, and snacks. Best Vegan Ho e Delivery

The food is in good portions with full vegetables (not tiny chopped up veggies) and decent tofu chunks (not tiny bits you can barely taste) and high protein (I'm a runner, biker and weights person). Best of all, so much more variety than the other vegan home delivery services I've tried and delicious! My favorites are Southwest Tex-Mex scramble, Coconut Curry Tofu, Garden pizza, Ikarian Stew, and Creamy Thai Curry. I LOVE the Brownie bites and Cinnamon roll balls. My favorite oatmeal is Cacao Banana (which I blend with 8 oz almond milk to make the best smoothie ever). Delivery is always spot on time and the food is always still nicely frozen when it arrives. Customer service is exceptional. I am really enjoying my subscription!
