As a vegan marathoner, I have been looking for a way to optimize and simplify my training nutrition. Having a meal delivery service designed by other plant-based endurance athletes is exactly what I have been looking for. I love all of the flavors - I am only on my second box, but so far, I LOVE the chocolate-almond overnight oats, pumpkin spice overnight oats, mint chocolate smoothie, pumpkin spice smoothie, vanilla nut butter smoothie, mango turmeric smoothie (I also add frozen wild blueberries), lemon kiss energy balls (OMG!), chocolate fudge energy balls (hide them from me or they will defeat the purpose of the LEAN pack lol), Thai curry, Tex-Mex scramble, hemp walnut pesto, and Korean Bulgogi. As my milage increases during this training block I look forward to trying more, but these options will likely remain the core of my usual daily nutrition. THANK YOU!!!!
