Move over Starbucks, we’ve got your new favorite plant-based ‘egg’ bite breakfast. We took the NYC bodega classic – ‘sausage, egg + cheese’ – and gave it a FireRoad twist.  Our bites start with our signature FireRoad eggless ‘eggs’ – a creamy delicious blend of whipped organic tofu, flaxseed, turmeric, mung beans, nutritional yeast and other goodness.  We then fold in delicious Abbot’s Butcher Chorizo and our chewy, buttery, out of this world plant-based cheese. We mix it all together, toss in some green scallion, and bake it to perfection so all you need to do is heat and enjoy!  Bonus: As part of our FireRoad X line, the bites are carb-wise (7g/serv. (or 6g net carbs!) and protein packed (8g/serv).
