'Beef' ‘n Broccoli

Our plant-forward beef and broccoli is better than take-out.  We take Beyond Meat seared steak tips and cut broccoli and mix it together in our delicious sauce (a perfect blend of ginger, coconut aminos, garlic, dates (for sweetness) and spices. The result is that crave-able and familiar taste that never disappoints–savory, salty, rich, gingery, garlicky and a touch spicy with plenty of umami. As with all FireRoad X meals, this one is just protein and crisp greens and without grains to make it protein packed (18g/serv.) and carb-wise (11g net carbs/serv.).

Each hearty container serves 2: together, they deliver 36g protein and 22g net carbs per container!
