I have tried other meal prep companies that had vegan/vegetarian "options" which mainly consisted of bland pastas. Fire Road is absolutely AMAZING! If you are on the go, or even just struggling to come up with new meal ideas as a vegan, you will NOT regret trying Fire Road. I have no intentions on stopping any time soon. The smoothies, overnight oats & all meals have been super tasty and full of the nutrients I have been missing. Thank you for creating such a delicious, nutritious & easy meal program.
I am trying to manage my meals and change up the orders. So I got the same starter, my 2nd shipment, which I loved but want to try other stuff. I will try to manage my 3rd order. I am a healthcare worker and sometimes lunch has to happen quickly. I love the convenience of these meals and being able to stick with a plant based diet. The food is amazing. By far the best I’ve had from a subscription site. I havnt had one yet that I didn’t like. Price is comparable to other sites and they offer discount the more you buy. Great company.
Your food is yummy and I love knowing its home in my freezer pre or post work out. You have great recipes to offer. Some of the meals I split into two and eat another side with it. I loved the Bolognese, strawberry lemonade shake, mushroom egg bites and the fajitas so far.

This is our family favorite of all the FireRoad meals. It has great flavor, and as always, hits the macros and nutrients check boxes. We pair it with organic instant rice or make them into wraps for those nights when we need a quick meal.
I have a history and my battles with Breast Cancer. 2015 was Dianosed DCIS Breast Cancer, Stage 1. 2022-Invasive BC Stage 2. 2024 I felt signs and symptoms that I didn’t feel right: headache, dizzy, Left side weakness. From PCP, to CT STAT-ED, shows mass on the brain. OPS of 2cm tumor, 2 days in ICU, 2 days post ICU. Weighing at 118, was eating Almost Vegan for a week waiting for my FIRE ROAD to arrive (and it arrived while I was admitted to the hospital, 3/4, Monday lol! Eating Almost Vegan for 7 day, cuz I had LABs to do, so I wanted see numbers compare to 2022. Now I only have 2 meals left, waiting and excited, like it’s Christmas. Currently I weighed in 113…and feel strong. I told PT, Home Care Nurse that I am ALMOST VEGAN, they ask so many question and diet is one- my meals are from FIRE ROAD. If I had a cheat day, I would fire up some Filet Mignon and eat lots of Veg on the side. Oh the weight…I might be 110, I will know when I go for my MRI Stimulation today, I have a picture from head to Toe from 2022, pre Chemo Nasty, and what I look like today to compare-I look amazing and strong-the science! Currently my pathology report post 2cm Tumor came back a downer! My Brac 1 mutated and that mfucker went to the brain. Patiently waiting on my appointment with my Medical Oncologist for my initial visit, post Surgery is this Friday. My Neuro Oncologist surgeon, Dr Zhoa saved my life, got that Mfuckin 2cm tumor out all intact, and Radiation to follow. So much appoints my head is 🤯. Dr Z did zap me good, cuz my brain is fired up, have not slept good for 2 weeks, maybe due to surgery, and Dexamethasone! I’m so wake at 2am, I get fired up, and I am not to touch my phone or have my Apple Watch, cuz I’m in recovery and need to rest my brain. I have Stage 4 BC, Triple Negative Breast Cancer! I feel so alive and amazing, a miracle is happening to me thru your FIRE ROAD! And I have science to prove it! I ordered the food, I eat the food, I love the food, I get FIRED UP! 2022 BC I wish I had choices. Currently I am staying at my sister’s, my caregiver, my ARMY, post op home care, so having her Fire up my FIRE ROAD food makes it easy, I am less of a burden. I have so much on my plate, I just need to get to next week when I finally take control of my life as I pursue happiness while fighting for my life and waiting for treatment options. I am advocating for myself, which I was a eggshell wife for 28years. While waiting for treatment option for my TNBC, I took control by ordering FIRE ROAD, food medicine! I love the overnight oats, smoothies, all the meals, snack too-pizza meh, just being real! After 6 months of Chemo, your taste buds goes sideways, and 2022 I really needed FIRE ROAD food. 2022 I took FMLA, I worked thru Chemo, took only 5 Weeks off to recover from surgery, worked all thru radiation for 6 weeks. Now I am taking FMLA and can’t work, can’t drive my Subaru, I walk with a walker for now. I am strong, I work as a seasoned LNA and my job is physical. I’m 57yrs whatever the cliche bla bla…I feel amazing cuz FIRE ROAD, and mostly ALIVE!

I do recommend this meal. It’s a pretty good serving size I believe it’s technically made for two people but it does need a third option in there such as a rice or a grain or a vegetable besides broccoli because it’s a lot of beyond meat and broccoli.
Finally a plant based meal service that gets it! Absolutely delicious!
Very tasty overall. The flavors mix well, and it is a very hearty meal. The cheese sauce smells kinda funky but tastes good. Recommended!

I have tried all of the vegan meal delivery services and they are usually a combination of low calorie, low protein, and high fat. On the other hand, FireRoad delivers healthy high protein meals that are surprisingly tasty. I plan to be a subscriber for a long time to come!

I am so happy this company exists. There's so much variety, the food tastes great, and is so easy to prepare. These meals are keeping me on track with my goals. The portions are generous and filling, the protein is excellent, and the meal are not that expensive for what you get. Customer service is lightening fast to respond via email and so helpful. I do add some extra veggies to some of the meals.
I solely rely on these quick and fresh meals for lunches throughout the week and for when I want a healthy (and tasty) meal without the food shopping/prepping. They continuously add new products that I always try and love that they are frozen so I don’t have to worry about eating meals within a short time frame (because others would spoil if you don’t eat them within a week). Makes my life easier and flexible!
I’ve been ordering Fire Road for half a year. I love the convenience of just heating up delicious vegan lunches, no prep necessary. Fire Road meals also help me stay in shape being the perfect mix of protein and veggies with healthy ingridients. I Love the variety and have quite a few favorite meals.i like that the meals are frozen which keeps them fresh.
As a plant-based family with very active lifestyles (Crossfit, running, School cross-country, gymnastics), FireRoad allows me and my family to get balanced macros without compromise and enjoy delicious meals at the same time. I heat up this one (after it's thawed in the fridge overnight) and the Morroccan Spice dish and between those 2, it's a perfect dinner for me & my husband. Loving FireRoad!
As someone who has a busy schedule, loves to workout, and also eats plant-based, FireRoad is the perfect answer. I LOVE the variety of meals, smoothies, pizza, and snacks. Even if you aren't doing keto but need some help on your macros, this is a really tasty option
The food is in good portions with full vegetables (not tiny chopped up veggies) and decent tofu chunks (not tiny bits you can barely taste) and high protein (I'm a runner, biker and weights person). Best of all, so much more variety than the other vegan home delivery services I've tried and delicious! My favorites are Southwest Tex-Mex scramble, Coconut Curry Tofu, Garden pizza, Ikarian Stew, and Creamy Thai Curry. I LOVE the Brownie bites and Cinnamon roll balls. My favorite oatmeal is Cacao Banana (which I blend with 8 oz almond milk to make the best smoothie ever). Delivery is always spot on time and the food is always still nicely frozen when it arrives. Customer service is exceptional. I am really enjoying my subscription!
The bbq chikin with garlic kale is flavor full I always look forward to eating it.
